Admin Account Assistant

  • RM1,200.0 - RM2,000.0 Per Month

Job Responsibility
  • Communicate with auditors
  • Create, label folders and filing
  • Handling account documents
  • Arrange meeting for bosses (if any)
  • Attend outgoing and incoming calls
  • Key in data to computer or SQL system
  • Collect and pay mobile bills for company
  • Accept payment from customers and bank in
  • Going to bank for pay some important payment such for KASTAM for GST returns, contribution for KWSP and PERKESO / SOCSO / EIS
  • Preparing documents such as payment vouchers, pay slips for salary and any job given

Job Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
