HR cum Admin Executive
Gaji:
- RM2,000.0 - RM2,400.0 Per Month
Job Responsibility
- In charge of internal recruitments of staff;
- Assist in Attendance/ Payroll duties, Schedule, Staff leaves, renewal of foreign labour working permit via online.
- Assist in maintaining staff records, policies and other HR relevant matters.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, including Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Jabatan Imigresen, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, OSHA, as and when required.
- Need to travel to Jabatan Imigresen Putrajaya or Jalan Duta in processing foreign labour working permit as and when required.
- General administration work.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM with 3 Years of working experience of recruitment, payroll, and dealing on Foreign Labour Working Permit related administrative works;
- Have no issue to travel to Jabatan Imigresen Putrajaya or Jalan Duta for work;
- Possess own transport;
- Proficient in both English and Malay;
- PC literate (Microsoft Office);
