Admin cum HR Assistant
Gaji:
- RM1,500.0 - RM1,800.0 Per Month
Job Responsibility
- Basic administrative duties
- Daily & monthly receipts reconciliation
- Handle month-end vendor payments
- Reconcile medical insurance claims submitted to payment reports
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly accounts closing including accounting transactions
- Prepare various accounting reports and schedules
- Liase with internal and external parties to follow up on any other matters
- Any other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager
Job Requirements
- LCCI / CAT / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- No experience is welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential
- Proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule
- Accuracy when dealing with figures
- Possess strong technical and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player
- Proficiency in UBS accounting system is an advantage
