- RM1,500.0 - RM1,800.0 Per Month
- Ensure the school office and reception area is welcoming, neat and tidy.
- Maintain and set up files for enrollment of new students and students affairs
- Assists with collecting fees and income and update the receipts.
- Assist with payroll and staff attendance.
- Track /Record of all activities that take place in the centre.
- Assists with orientataion for new employees.
- Support HR dept and marketing dept.
- Design Event Flyers etc
- Update Online Marketing Channel
- Write Company Blog & Update Centre's Activities
- Maintain good public relation with parents and monitor the outstanding invoices.
- Role as back-up transporter as well.
- Good Organization Skills & Experience with admin duties
- Good Time Management and Good at Multitasking
- Good Communication SKill & Have Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency in English
- Confidence with IT and Computer Software.Basic knowlege of financial procedures and ability to work acurately.
- Attention to details
- Bright & Positive Attitude & Flexible Approach to work under pressure, ability to organise and prioritise own workload without supervision.
- Have a driving lisence and good driver.
