- Make monthly salary, leave, workers' compensation calculations
- Open, process, label and Update files, Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, and Stocks
- Responsible for assisting the Account Division
- Produces and processes Human Resources related letters, scraps, emails and documents
- Open, process, label, complete and update worker files and other files in human resources
- Provide and ensure Human Resource SOP procedures are followed by all employees
- Management of foreign workers
- Monitoring worker discipline and dormitories
Account Assistant with HR Experience
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
